This policy covers two groups of people: visitors and customers who use endcard, and creators whose published business email may appear in our results.

Visitors and customers

What we collect

• Early access list: the email you enter, and the channel you searched if you saved one.
• Requests: what you send through the removal and correction form.
• Technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider, and your IP address, used briefly in memory to limit abuse of our forms.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your information.

Why

To give you access when it opens, answer your requests, and keep the service secure. We will only email you about Endcard access and important changes, and every email lets you opt out.

Creators

What we process

Public channel details (name, handle, subscriber count) and a business email address you published on a page you control, together with the URL of that page and when we checked it. Our sources lists exactly where we look.

Why, and on what basis

To let brands contact creators about business opportunities through the address the creator published for that purpose. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on legitimate interests, limited to business contact details you made public.

What we do not do

• Collect anything from behind a login, paywall or captcha.
• Guess or infer email addresses.
• Keep profiles of people under 18 once we are told about them.

Sharing

We use service providers to run Endcard, such as our hosting and database provider. They process data only on our instructions. Customers who look up a channel see that channel's published business email and its source.

Retention

Early access entries are kept until access opens or you ask us to delete them. Creator results are re-checked against their source and removed when the creator takes the address down. Removal requests are kept as a suppression record so a removed address is not collected again.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Send any request through the request form. We answer within 30 days and do not charge for it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and say what changed.
