Endcard is in early access. Features, limits and the planned prices on this site may change before launch. Joining the list does not create a paid commitment on either side.

Using results responsibly

When you use an email address you found on Endcard, you agree to:

• Contact creators only about genuine business opportunities.
• Follow the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you, including identifying yourself, giving a working way to opt out, honoring opt-outs promptly, and including a valid postal address where the law requires it.
• Not resell, publish or bulk-share results as a list or database.
• Not use results to harass anyone or to contact minors.

Acceptable use of the service

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the site, or access accounts that are not yours.
• Do not submit requests on behalf of creators without their permission.

Accuracy

Results reflect what a creator published when we checked, and show that date. Creators change their details, so we cannot guarantee any address is current or that a creator will reply.

Liability

Endcard is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above.
